    At the yard, loaded my stinger so can go down to Dubuque and grab a Dozer sometime this week and head towards Albuquerque image.jpg

    I detect the stench of nepotism. That's often the only reason for replacing a perfectly competent driver who gets the job done.

    I see a lot of drivers hauling rebar like that. The idea of having the bundles spread out wouldn't sit well with me. Do you have problems with your straps always loosening up?

    That was my thought. He swears up and down it isn't. Pisses me off, now I gotta find something else and we all know jobs aren't popping up everywhere

    No. Most of them needed tightening when I stopped to check after about an hour, but after that they stayed nice and tight.
