    looked at some fancy dodge truck at the first of summer when I was looking for a truck. it had everything possible. even had airconditioned seats! $66000!!! I don't even pay that much for a big truck that I can make $$$ with. bought a 08 Silverado extend cab instead for $14000. sit right beside my trusty ole 99 Silverado extend cab in the shop when im on the road!

    No I didn't, the extra money put that idea right out of my mind. I have the 6.0 in mine, plenty of power, but I don't pull anything big with it either.

    Seems diesels grow in value, buy one and in 20 years ask twice what you paid for it. Some kid will buy it with daddys money so he can blast FGL and roll coal.

    I don't think it speaks all that well of us as a country when we ask for things like that in trucks.

    One possible descriptive term could be "pantywaistification".

    I'll drive around in a deuce-and-a-half before I'll spend $66k on a diesel p/u truck with a whole bunch of unnecessary crap I don't need or want.

    What the hell is with the big screens in the dashboard anymore? :banghead:
