That does work well. One trick when they are stacked side by side like that is to have the chain narrower at the bottom than the dunnage so that when you tighten it is squeezes it together like you see in the photo.

I was up there last week, I loaded the pipe in Wacol. I had to call into Toowoomba to get a part for a trailer and assemble the roadtrain at Southbrook.
