    They allow you to crack a window while it's raining or snowing and not get any in the cab. They also look good IMO.

    Get a fair amount of building components that are usually easy loads but can be loaded really odd.

    Lots of gaps to deal with. I think using belly straps would be cosmetic for these, it isn't practical to crawl in there and put in blocking. And tightening down a belly strap might end up giving the load an hourglass shape. IMG_20160220_063802021.jpg IMG_20160220_065002336_HDR.jpg IMG_20160220_074033886.jpg IMG_20160220_074334534_HDR.jpg I tried using the hooks on the outside beams to keep them from getting pulled to the center. It seemed to work and the straps didn't loosen up down the road. Not really happy with the securement on these loads but it wasn't that nagging feeling either. Is there a better trick to stuff like this?
