Oh I've got 3 straps accross the front and back coils. An X and a center accross the top. I've never been a fan of wrapping one around the back. Bo reason I just don't like it. With my bulkheads I build them tall enough so the chain will catch the coil and the dunnage stops the skids from moving. And it's the back anyways. My prostar ain't gunna take off fast enough to get it moving backwards.

A load of plastic-coated, concrete-lined steel pipe, going from Brisbane to Adelaide, 2,000 kms. Took the pic a couple of weeks ago. 23 tonnes / 50,700 lb weight per trailer. Gross weight 77 tonnes / 169,756 lb.

Kansas to home with a load of oak trees. Isn't that like hauling snow to the north pole? IMG_20160315_140650032.jpg

They supplied the tarp and tied it down. Hard to beat that.

It took to long to get loaded but the guys were so funny it was worth it.

    ShooterK2 Thanks this.

Lol, I hear ya. I've been places before that were too slow, but the folks were funny and/or cool enough to make it worth it.

Amazing what a good attitude and good humor will do.

    johndeere4020 and MJ1657 Thank this.
