I bet they are rollers for a hay mower conditioner. They are rollers that have rubber attached to them to crimp hay stems. 12' is a really common size.

Wonder if he's going to the Goodyear plant, They have a place that makes conveyer belting. Might be other things they make also to put on roller shafts
