Neat looking tarped load of bright steel I saw just before Christmas on a B train. The guy runs the east coast with a configuration like this. Gross weight around 65,000 kg / 143,300 lb.
Obviously takes some pride in his tarping.

The last load of the pipeline job that lasted 6 weeks. The old girl never missed a beat despite the fact it was 40 deg C every day (104 deg F I think). The rest of the pics are here: http://m.imgur.com/a/lo7Kf image.jpeg

A few loads from this week.

This one I made a mistake on. We had a big rain this morning so the job site was wet, they took 3 doers to scrape the top layer of mud off to make a parking lot for the crew. Well when I backed in to load, one driver left his car on the side of the entrance. So when I went to leave, I lifted up my third axle on the trailer so I could cut wider. After I got on the road, I jumped out and flipped it back down.

About 30 miles later, I get to a stop light and have to brake and I see smoke coming from the rear tires. Oops flipped the wrong switch and ran that stretch with the airbags down. Luckily or unluckily all the previous lights I had seen change far enough away that I could use my Jake and gear down.

No flat spots on my tires thiugh, so all is well that ends well.

This thread is looking abnormally quiet... I guess I'll contribute.

    My load of roofing insulation.

No tarps required. It all depends on the customer with this stuff. I've only tarped the entire thing a couple times early on, then it's mostly been smoke tarps, and sometimes no tarps.
