3 square meals a day times 7 days a week = 21 meals a week.

I posted about 18 + snacks. I believe in eating as healthy as possible. I obviously can't be a health nut in my truck so I do my best.

How many meals a week do you eat?

 

I get bored sometimes? Idk what time say, I like to live in the edge and now that I have a family, living on the edge means trying to manoeuvre a dirt hole.

My how the mighty have fallen.

Back when I was 24, we spent our money on hookers and blow, now these fancy kids spent their money on mohagheny steering wheels and light bars for someone else's truck.

Who am I to judge how someone pissed their money away?

 

Actual meals I'd say 3 maybe.

 

Did it for years in Canada because there weren't many places to eat in some areas. Heck, they didn't even have names for some of the places, just map coordinates. Now, I get the heck out of the truck, eat at places with forks and knives and cute waitresses.

Took the fridge out, the stove...still have a microwave, but that's for emergencies only.

 

Before my wife came with me on the trk.
It was a mixture of eating in the trk. or a restaurant. Just depended on the mood I was in or running with a good group of drivers.
Plus how late it was when I shut down...

 

Most good diet plans will have you eating 5 to 6 times a day. The idea is to keep your metabolism up and burning all day long. 6 small meals is better for you than 3 large ones. It also comes down to what you are eating. Lean meat is best and stay away from prepared foods.

 

Since I have posted pics in awhile. I've gotten good at tarping. All my tarp jobs look exactly the same now. And since I got my tarp time down to 5 mins I just go ahead and tarp every load. Then in the last one a local hoodlum graffitied my tarp last time I was home. Good thing she's a good cook and looks good.

 

Can you teach me how to tarp like that?

 

The last time I tried to eat in the truck, I pulled a 13 wide out of Laredo. They routed me all around 35 and it got dark on me. I had wanted to get to Carl's Corner, but I went into that giant pickle park at Hillsboro.

Grabbed a couple spots, set the brakes, turned the interior lights on and tried to fire up the microwave. Heard a knock on the door. I look down and there's some dude standing there. Great, I must be at a fruit stand.

"What the hell do you want?"

"Ummm, you turned your interior light on."

"So?"

"Well, that means you want some company."

"You're kidding... I wish you guys would mark your territory to let guys like me know not to stop here."
