    Ok the regs say copied and pasted;
    Accessory equipment, such as hydraulic shovels, must be completely lowered and secured to the vehicle. I paraphrased deck for vehicle but you get the point. As far as you 80% rear force that's based on breaking strength not WLL and I've never been hassled for that. But your right on in my opinion with your securement theory in that regard. When I haul something I've never hauled before my first concern is securing it safely then I worry about all the stupid stuff like we're talking about. Anyway I'll catch you tomorrow between cookout and honey do chores.

    Hurst,

    You ever scratch your deck placing the blade just right?

    Nope,.. blades never touch the deck. I always put 4x4's under all blades.

    Zoom in on the 2nd pic and you can see them. Actually you can see them on both pics.

    Here is a close up of boards.

    I meant on the graders but get your point. On an rgn, we often place the blade half on the belly and other on the deck.

    Also never knew the block rule till xxx posted it earlier. Learnt something new tonight.

    There are 2 4x4's under the graders blade. I do the same with boom lifts, buckets from back hoes or excavators etc.

    Despite the many track machines that have been on my deck,.. (Lost count). Other than some scuff marks here and there. My deck surface is still in excellent condition.

    I don't ever want to be complacent, the reason why I ask questions is to get dissenting opinions.

    MACK E-6 and MJ1657 Thank this.
