Now accepting criticism / suggestions on my securement of our new moni-excavator. Weight > 10k+

We all know you have been doing this for a while, so you should already know that you are under secured. Heavy equipment or machinery With crawler tracks or wheels greater than 10,000lbs is required to have minimum of 4 tie downs positioned as close to front and rear of machine as practical or on designated securement points.
On most machines like that, directly behind where your binder is that goes across the tracks, there is a "rectangular" tie down point welded to outside of frame, and looks like there is another one about 3/4 back towards the blade on outside of frame also.Last edited: Jul 13, 2016
