It's funny, NOW, I'm sure. I much prefer to have a trailer that can open the axles. With that being said on any 53' trailer I've learned to run the tandems at the back, and bias the load to place more weight on the truck. That way I have options to fix it after loading.

I was dumb when I bought my truck and trailer. The way it's set up, IF I'm doing the math right, my trailer "center" is right around my trailer axles. I want the weight to be on the trailer, not on the truck. Butt backwards.

You are 100% right. Do it right the first time. Unfortunately you have to screw up a couple times to learn the right way.

I hate moving containers. We are finally moving our shop to the new shop, so I get to haul all 10 of these. Unfortunately my remote is broke :( Maybe the boss will leave the office and come help

Going to set up first before I call him. 20160809_134110.jpg

My first snafu. Have to move my blocks because these old containers don't have holes on all sides to fit my chain thru

Making good progress though, having a forklift will make things 10 times easier and eliminate my no remote problem. Cool down break.

My old seat would lose air pressure and it crushed it one night.

Not bad, just under an hour. I think that was the easiest container I ever loaded. Having the forklift will be a godsend. Left it overhang 6 inches so it will be easy to unload.
