That's just stupid of the guy that got run over. We never killed anybody or hurt anybody really bad, broke a few legs and had a couple fingers cut off but that's about it. We had a new safety guy on location one time and our crane got himself in trouble picking the tool off the ground dad and I immeadiatly ran over to get the situation under control and mr. safety ran the other way when it was all over he came up and told us that he had a bunch of rabbit in him and could run I looked him in the eye and said no you've got a bunch of coward in you and run away from a problem instead of into it to fix it. He ran me off so I gathered up my haul crew and headed out, he looked at my dad and asked why all the haul trucks were leaving not understanding when he ran me off he lost my crew as well ended up being him that was run off and last I heard that was the last field job he was ever on. I hate dealing with novice safety schmucks.

I think one of my favorites was the expression on the green safety man's face as we were using ramps to take the draw works off the sub-priceless! He just stood there-mouth open, eyes as big as dinner plates! At least he had the good sense not to interfere!

Yea or watching them run when you've only got it halfway loaded and your truck breaks free and starts sliding down the ramp. Of course I never got to see them as I was ######## and elbows in that cab trying to get #### sorted.
