    So this happened today:

Trainee was driving. Loaded 135,700 on B-trains. For a new driver, he reacted quite calmly to the situation.

I'll let the video speak for itself. I'm so glad I got a dash cam. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the plate.

Very. And that's the thing. We weren't driving slow, just slower getting going and he had plenty of time to safely pass after the oncoming traffic went by. And he/she did it so casually.

And feel free to subscribe to my channel. More stupid Winnipeggers are sure to come.

Delivered my motor this morning and picked up this big crate in Seattle heading back to Wisconsin. 14' 7" tall 13' wide and only 19,000 lbs. Wont have permits and escorts until tomorrow morning though so spending the night hanging out in Tacoma.

Took a while to get those stupid straps over the top. Forgot my ladder at home for this trip.o_O Luckily the framework for the wings on the back of the tractor is strong enough to climb.

I think what I miss about those jobs was some of the crazy things that you end up doing to get the job done-but I guess if have if you have the skills and experience it's not quite so crazy. I used to enjoy figuring out how to do the impossible-but now I'm pretty much content working cows in SE Mt.,NE Wy., and Western SD. I trained a couple of young guys that turned out to be pretty good winch hands, but I still come back and do some heavy haul and winch work just to keep my hand in-just in case that crazy streak comes back!!
