I wouldn't mind one as a neighbor.
They are growing like weeds in the last few months and many in our area are land leases, seems like a potentially, pretty good deal if you have southern exposure but #### ground.

 

Ya tough call. The company putting it in come right out and said it usually reduces property values. They even offered a one time payment to supposedly offset that.

 

I would liked to have been the guy that sold them 450 acres of farm land. The rumor is 10k an acre. Sad to see that farm land lost though.

OK I'm not sure either where I park two trucks we're fine but landlord allowed one more and it pop the breaker thx

 

Definitely want to make sure the circuit supports the amp draw. No fun to show up to go truckin n the breaker popped when the timer clicked on. I hate cold starting my trucks. Makes me feel like I'm abusing them

Who remembers when @semi-crazy described an auto oiler setup he had that pumped warm oil up thru the head for when the truck had been off a while?
Wish I had something like that

Dam, looks i did the same thing ruthless. I dont know how many there are, but i think we are talking about the same one. Hes gone from here if i remember right.
