    I drove 5 miles on matts on time in the UP of Mi. Pipeline line job, all marsh land. You could feel the ground flexing going along on the matts. Talk about a weird feeling

    Just like any truckstop in Louisiana. First time I parked in that state I woke up thinking someone ran into my truck. Turns out it was just a truck driving by. I'll never get used to that.

    Lattice boom cranes are a fine example. Those could require a dozen trucks to relocate.

    Those are the good mats. :D

    I liked that kind, as opposed to the ones that look like they're made of some sort of plastic.

    The plastic ones just scream load shift to me. The one time I Hauled them they wanted to just stack them all up. I made them seperate them so I could put dunnage between and belly strap them.

    The wood ones like mj had are so simple even swift couldn't screw it up. Well maybe not swift.
