Ya it is. I live on the Palouse and that is pretty much all we run is hillside combines

Did they ever build that straw recycling pulp mill over by Starbuck?

 

Yeah, I thought he had something hooked to the back of it but I don't remember, I was too busy looking at the truck.

 

No just a lot of talk about it as far as I know. We don't bale any straw but 2 of my buddies do. Most of it they haul up to B.C to mushroom farm. But the one is taking some over to the coast somewhere. There was a plant around here making straw mats and stuff for erosion control on construction jobs. But it didn't last to long

 

Ok, so is a hillside combine used on sloped fields? Or am I way off?
