Yes it is. It automatically keeps the machine level as it works across a side hill.

So the difference between one of those and a "regular" one is a pivoting head?

While the header does pivot what makes it a hillside is there are large hydraulic cylinders on each tire/axle that raise or lower each side of the machine. Keeping the entire body of the machine level as it crosses a hillside. Which helps the machine clean the grain better as machine always stays level basically

Don't have much need for one of those around here......that I know of, it's pretty flat, but it's not like I'm out in the farming community to know any different. That's a pretty cool machine then to be able to do all that. My brother went on Harvest out here back in the early 80's where they start down in Tx and end up in N.Dak, and he loved it, worked his gludious maximus off but had a great time. At harvest time these days you see ads needing a truckdriver/combine operator, always looked like fun to me just never checked into it. Thanks for educating me, it's my one thing I learned new today.

That's a tough breed of farmer over there. Isn't 'Palouse' the Indian word for "Crazy paleface growing crop on side of mountain"?

But yours have no character. You say it would look better but if you do it your way it's more like putting it in a van!
