Yeah here to, the pit us on hold because nothing we're doing is that important but I had to go to the doctor this morning so I've been out in it.

It's better but it's still not 100% I have to go back to the orthopedic surgeon in two weeks I'm supposed to start on a steroid and a topical ointment this week.

You're the driver. No matter what the shipper, employer, owner of the truck if it's not yours, trailer if it's not yours, DOT officer says, you're the driver and you're responsible. (I threw in DOT, because I've been told one thing by one, and another by another.)

Not mad at you, it's just a lesson that I have to keep reminding myself of.

    DDlighttruck Thanks this.

I'll answer that- but I'm not arguing with you.

That load got me home. It put money in my pocket, and my employers. Where we loaded is an area we go to frequently with out bounds. And instead of my employer getting a "that drivers not welcome here" phone call, he got one from me asking how to make everyone happy. Now, thanks to everyone on here I have a shopping list of stuff to buy or scrounge so for next time I can do it better. These guys have more tricks up their sleeves than I have sleeves.
