Totally forgot to post this yesterday:

    20170127_134755.jpg

Was a wannabe pulling a 36' gooseneck with scrap (not crushed) cars double stacked. I'm not fully versed in the Green Bible, but I'm fairly certain that's not allowed.

Moved this for a friend today. All ready to go find the big horse and found out I was supposed to move the Argo too.

What's not legal about it? What makes you think it is not legal?

I could have sworn I read something about stacked cars not being legal to transport in Canada, that they had to be crushed. Could be wrong. Just wanted to throw it out there.

I have a few of these. Thicker strap then the ones you get at Walmart. 6 bucks for a made in the USA product. I'm not sure you can find a better deal. Other flatbed related things I also get there:Knoxville gloves, nylon rope, and stainless steel carabiners. All made in the USA.

Side note: this is an old school family run store that supports small USA manufactures. You won't find better customer service.

Not really..... Front clip is '88-91. Axles are '77 and older. Box is '78 and newer because it's got doors, but using '75 filler hoses and filler necks. I forget what year the 454 is, but I believe they stopped offering a BBC in '79-80 in a 1/2 ton.

    It's a mutt.

Ah. 86 was the last year that the pickup came with that front end. They ran the K5 Blazer and Suburban with that front until 91. 87 was when the IFS was started on the 4x4 pickups. The Blazer kept the solid front axle until 91 (or maybe 1992?) axles will be the GM 10 bolt front and 12 bolt rear. If the t-case is a 78, it should be the NP205 (stout gear driven piece)
