I've said it before- I hate pre-loaded trailers. This stuff has a lip facing up, and isn't very strong. So they've been trying to strap over the wood. Which I don't like. One reason is the strap doesn't slide very well on the wood, so the RH side is always looser. The second is the wood isn't very wide, and is usually staggered from side to side. Causing the strap to slip off of the wood sometimes.
I'm not seeing why the large plastic corner protectors can't be used. And for the time it would take I think I'd use 4-5 portables on the RH side, to try to get more tension on that side. Maybe just the belly straps? 2 layers high, belly to the right. 2 more layers, belly strap to the left. Then last layer and over the top.

I've never tried it on a load over 4 foot tall.
Don't be afraid to fold the tail (flap) under itself to shorten it up.Lepton1, Peelsession, cke and 6 others Thank this. -
Roll the flap under the back, pull sides down to close openings.cke, Razororange, sawmill and 2 others Thank this. -
Do you have enough material to pull the rear tarp a few more feet back?
That way you can fold under and wrap those end pieces.
Lepton1, cke, Dye Guardian and 6 others Thank this. -
