You can charge a toll if you want, I can't give many details until I have the money.

 

More like a troll bridge.

 

He'll lease it to you. You take care of all required maintenance as per contract, and pay a nominal monthly fee + 30% of all toll revenue.

The bridge is scheduled to be built in 2020 but he's only offering this rate right here right now and at a 23 year term, to expire in 2040. There may be a non-renewal fee, but we can worry about that later... Better get signing!

Yes the bridge was built by a private company he and his family are major owners in if not the whole company.. That's why the fight over the new bridge they want to build almost right next to it...
I can't remember all the history about it though. First time I heard it I was yea right, they own the Brooklyn bridge too right. lol
But true, neither the US or Canada own the bridge, They lease it so to speak
