Not over here at Landstar, the loads I've seen posted, even the OS/OD stuff is still way too cheap for me. I won't hassle with permits and such for anything less than $3 mile to the truck (after Landstar's cut) and that's for stuff under 10' wide. Anything over 10' wide needs to be more close to $4 mile and that does not include the permit costs..... But a load like you got on there is a nice easy OS run. And since we all know that Texas is now like FL, just get a good enough rate coming in ot cover the DH to a good load, weather it be in TX, LA, OK

I hear ya on the money 10-FOUR! Needs to cover all the extra idiosyncrasies, like daytime only driving whichs adds another day to the run, turning a two day into a three day trip, not to mention the permits routing onto 2 lanes roads to avoid destruction on the big roads. Still beats that cheap sheet regular f'rate.

Ya man :) ...spent so much time South last winter I was forgetin my winter routines... it does work realllly well to pull your visors down and trap the heat against the windshield to avoid ice up. I pull mine about 3/4 way down and blast the heater defroster in real icy conditions... ice melts before it has a chance to build up on the windshield. ---- keep a spray bottle with washer fluid w/ sprayer set on stream so I can open the curb side window and shoot the ice off the mirror when the mirror heater is not working :)

I was gonna guess either Customs or CG as they usually go out with the same specs. Those things can top 45+mph with only 450HP. Pretty cool boats.
