I'd be concerned about putting a 35,000 pound rubber-tracked tractor on the revolution hybrid step. With all that weight on the outside of the trailer and no gussets to support the outside rail from the frame rail. It has the same cross-member design (or lack there of) as the flat.

Although I do agree with what you are saying, they claim they "honeycomb" design is just a strong as regular crossmembers. Well, thats what I was told anyway.

I went to pick up a riding lawnmower in my pickup and kept getting startled by a Craftsman tailgating me on the way back.

That's why I bought one and it hasn't disappointed me yet, after a year and a half.
Guess I need a photo bucket account to show what this trailer can do. I did a lot of research, before ordering it. I got the Hybrid.

I hope so, I always liked Fontaine and thought they were one of the few that built a strong trailer but from what I've seen with the Revolution flats the step doesn't seem too promising.

No unfortunately it isn't. I have a friend that has one and where he would load coils the floor caved in. I know they were supposed to make improvements to the floor but I have no clue as to what it was.
