That's the way it's always been up there. That part of the country is just like FL... everything goes in and nothing comes out but cheap and heavy crap

Ya I know how the whole broker thing works, but seriously 1200 on 800 psh gimme a break, and it's a area I need to go to on a regular basis because that's just the way things work, a 53' step with ramps is somewhat specialized equipment, too many people out here sight seeing, I got lucky And averaged $2.38/mi on 3050 miles this week even out of Maine, but it DOESNT have to be this way, just a little rant, someone somewhere is sitting at his dinner table eating a big porterhouse steak with mashed potatoes gravy green beans and a nice cold adult beverage, Sir You Are Welcome for that fine meal

He is from SW WI. His family owned a dirt moving company, so he had some heavy haul experience. Moved up to Alaska and worked as a state trooper for a while. No he's back home and working for us.

I've dealt with at least a half dozen Alaska state troopers over the years. I few level II and III inspections (AK troopers double as diesel bears) as well as getting checked for hunting/fishing licence (Ak troopers triple as wardens). Makes me wonder if I've ever run into him.

Somewhat of an odd carear move from an Ak LEO to lower 48 truck driver. Most guys relocate out of Ak cause their wives want out.

Pretty neat Pape, to have him driving for you.

He's not married so he's not tied town anywhere. He quit law enforcement because he was sick of dealing with offenders and their dependence on government handouts.
