If you end up in Baltimore again let me know. All of our trucks heading that way are already covered. We have some people we do business with on a regular offering decent Midwest loads. I might be able to pass you a number.

Next week we are opening our NY terminal...3 delivering in Ft Drum, Cazenovia, and Gouvernor. I think we already have a couple of them covered though.

Funny...Heavy haul scares me, but he is ready to dive right in.

PS--received your PM. Reviewing and will get back with more questions.

It takes time. A lot of time, baby steps also. If you want to do heavy haul & super loads, position yourself with a company that can go you there. It's always about forward progress.

Yes I am. Just keeping a low profile. Down to 7 axles and enjoying life. Been staying steady and making a profit also..
The other deal is still not settled yet. All I will say for now.

I agree, I normally run 7-8 axles with an 11 axle load every month or so. Something has changed in me, not liking the super loads to much anymore. Running very steady also.

I went down to six axles myself, the big loads are not always what everyone thinks. Once upon a time eight was the smallest I pulled and up to 15 axles, nothing like camping out for days on the side of the road wherever you could find that was safe to park or the state police said that was my spot for the night.

If anyone wants to get into it and does not like talking to dot all the time it is not the driving job for you, permit loads are watched like a Hawk and if the coop is open you will be stopped most of the time for papers.

    DEMO and Logan76 Thank this.
