    If I buy another Volvo it'll be a 730 with no fairings a grass burner but SHC has me hooked on a star car

    Can't beat the leg room, as you saw. Since I spend 99% of my time behind the wheel, I want to be able to strech out and relax.

    Yeah, it deff an oversize load. WI has a cheap annual OS permit as well. So it's no extra cost for them to make sure it's running legal and put the flags/banners on it.

    I have been recommending Systems for good securment training but today Ihave seen 5 of their trucks with 40 sea cans with only 4 straps and no chains that is kinda scary

    If they are empty then it's all they require. A 40ft can only weighs 10,000# empty..... heck, 2 super-sacks weigh that and they only get 2 straps LOL

    I believe most of the upper midwest states have exempted hay due to the drought. It is likely he wouldn't even need a permit...just the signs and flags. I didn't realize they had round bales that would end up legal width. I though they were always 5'.

    I guess my question is why does he have the one bale turned the opposite way? The top bale at the back on the passenger side is turned opposite of the rest.
