    Yes it is, except when you are oversize and the only place to stop and put on the strap is in front of the DOT shack down the street. I prefer to be legal, and if they can't handle that, then it's not my problem. All it takes is some idiot car to clip me while I'm pulling out and there goes my job. No thanks, I'd rather argue with the ####### who tell me NO

    might be joining you guys soon. headed for a flatbed and reefer company out of WA soon and most likely gonna be flatbeddin. lookin forward to it. now if i could jsut figure out how to post pics here hahahaha

    Well he usually hauls loads you can secure with a piece of bubble gum a 1 inch strap and a couple bungee cords

    yes you are not required to use them... i do to get over the pass, if the whole states is under a #### storm i will park it and wait for the plows to clear it up a bit
