Yes the corners are very tight over by the airport and prison where they do there road test... there is 1 stop sign for you not the other street. if a car is coming sit and wait even if you can make it, i have seen them fail many guys at that point, and really watch your speed.
the use a 48' spread with jersey barriers on it...
they have really good securement training and tarp training
i don't think i would call them a Mega carrier but they are working towards it..
FYI there is a walmart just a few miles away that a bus can take you too if needed or drive if you have a car

so how should i make a tight turn with a spread? not sure if they would fail me for turning to wide and taking part of the oncoming turn lane or something like that.
