they get real creative on some of those winch trucks. many are built in house out of scrap oilfield pipe. obviously they are not concerned eith weight. i have met some darn fine fabricators during my time in the oil patch

i like the way they build them with chain racks on the side so the chains hang down to the outsode between the tanks and tires. cant tell if that one if like that

They had a metal bar that kept them from touching the tanks. This setup would only work down here where the salt and snow never reaches for sure. Just thought it was interesting setup

I wouldnt say that SHC, that's how they set up the winch tractors up here alot as well.
