Yep, should have worn my glasses>I "assumed" (yeah I know) the red binder was a flag.

I thought it was too. I had to get the laptop out and actually zoom it in. On my iphone, it looked like a flag as well.

Thanks SHC>glad I wasn't the only one BUT I should have looked closer.

I still think I would have inquired/looked up legal height for both states. No way I'd want that much weight "pushing" me around when there could be an easy fix.

as it turns out both CO and KS are 14' states no permit required. The Eisenhower tunnel may restrict you to 13' 6"

When loading the excavator, I'd forgot about some western states having higher legal limits. Usually height is a problem and the extra weight in back was a real big deal considering flat ground and only approx. 400 miles to take it.

    SHC Thanks this.

This is to show I haul and tarp average freight as well. I think we all mostly haul boring freight. But always more fun than a dry box or refer.

    SHC Thanks this.

I've seen your truck a few times at various truckstops. Next time I'll have to come say hello.

Do I use the foyer entrance, elevator, or the back porch???
