I also found out a lashing chain, ones I cut to six foot wrapped around my two spare tires under the trailer works great to keep thieves off my tires.

Even flatbed equipment works on dry box vans.

 

You may want to get a new regs book, my book had all the flat and RGN regs highlighted and if I ever open it up did not want to show my past intents LOL.

 

At the truck loading up yesterday, had all the lights on and it looked like Hollywood inside.

Disco ball is a must have IMHO.

You've posted this twice about the chains being tied to the same side of a trailer being the same as a direct tiedown. I think it's time you post the reg because I actually believe your interpretation to be wrong. So prove it to me with a reg from the Feds.
