10-4 i understand now. Makes sense when you put it in those terms. Was going to say 14 1/2 chains min haul weight wouldve been 79k if you were using direct tiedowns...or wait...no 158k. But putting that in thoae terms i get it now thank you for clarifying that. I was scratching my head there for a minute wondering if you were hauling a d11 with the balde on it lol.

SHC, I passed you again below Cinci this week.

You girls and your straps I swear......

Gotta use chains on the big stuff! This one was a 70k, I think, single. I have a pic of one chained down but for some reason it wouldn't let it post...?

Then my momentary laps of judgement load....

It was supposed to be a conveyor, they forgot to mention it was still in many pieces!

I see you moved up to a conestoga. Nice. I have been mulling the idea myself here lately but just don't know yet.

My God, there's a 70k single on your deck and your trailer still seems to have arch in it!

I would stick a 42k single on those Manac all aluminum w/ a coil package and they would loose all of their arch and then some, and would bow across the deck as well... pieces of junk!

Sam's Club in Overland Park, KS. Woke up to this stuff outside the truck Thursday morning after I had thought I'd outrun it, and then ran the snow over so there was a walking area around the truck. :D

IT still had good arch to it. Its rated for an 80k coil.

My cousin has a Manac and it hold an arch pretty good with a regular coil. His has the coil package I know that so that could be the difference. The trailer is also pretty heavy.

    Logan76 Thanks this.

How can you carry a 70k coil if your only a regular 5 axle setup?

Because he has a hybrid truck and trailer that only weighs 10,000.
