What you mean by cheap? This one only weighs 37k. Last one was only 30k. Light enough for me.

They're not to bad at ipsko. Lots of safety rules have to stand in a designated driver area because they've had a couple drivers get killed there. They weren't bad loading though. I sat there for 4 hours but 2 of those 4 hours were loading strapping and tarping. Guys were even good enough to help run the straps after I threw them over. Even let me stay in the building to tarp so I didn't have to deal with the wind. State steel was the pita. You have a similar experience?

Yeah kind of, they were slow up at state steel very slow. I have been to Ipsko in burlington, IA I want to say? Dropped coils there many of times.

You just have to get it direct (easier said than done, I know). On Wednesday afternoon they released 300ish loads to ship by Saturday out of their 2 factories in the area. If you can get all of your p/u info, it seems to go okay. But they don't like will-call trucks out there so they can make it difficult.

the one i hauled was 25,000lbs and we got $2.00 a mike going to ND so we loaded the rest of the 48 ft flat i was dragging with LTL's which brought it up to $3.15 a mile and then loaded square bailed hay for 2.00 a mile going to denver co. hence why i like it over there
