Todays load.....
The Blue Range Rover has a Chevy LSx in it now, which has taken me many moons to get done right. As it is, the HVAC, cruise control, Electronic Air Suspension, and all other systems on the Rover work as intended.
Now to go get an exhaust put on it so I can put the LSx into learn mode for the idle etc, and finish off tidying up the wiring etc.

The adapter I made, to go from the Chevy bell housing to the Rover's ZF transmission

Has been a "fun" job, kinda.....considering that this has never been done before, everything has to be fabricated for it. Adapters, motor mounts, made a suspension lift to accommodate the oil pan, and so on..

Nice job Martin. Can't wait to see it going down the road

My Schnabble load for this week. Steel tank wrapped with 3" of insulation then covered with aluminum sheeting the thickness of a beer can. I am guessing that sheeting that thin isnt very impact resistant, but I didnt want to test that theory. It looks expensive to fix.

Thanks guys, it's been a challenge for sure.
Exhaust done, besides the gaskets that go between the manifolds and down pipe. No one had them in stock locally.
Got a really faint rattle sound when the exhaust was done, and was nailed down to the flywheel (brand new) is wobbling around.....Love it.
