We have a trailer in our fleet that's at least 2 years old now with 1 winch that same way. No one (including me) has bothered to take the 6 off in front of it or the 7 behind it to flip it over. But of course I have pulled that trailer several times and every time I try to use that particular winch, cuss at it, slide it down and forget about it.

 

Lol that's why I asked where it was. I like to use more straps than necessary so I'd have probably flipped it by now...

 

That particular trailer, just like the one I have right now, has 14 winches on each side. I like to add more than necessary but 28 straps is more than I'm going to put on anything I ever haul.

 

Yeah...most I ever used was 22 lol
