Arrived to load, and come to find out that I'm picking up blast furnace parts and they fired it all weekend and turned it off Sunday afternoon. When I arrived at 0700 the 2 pieces with refractory in them, that need tarped, are well over 175* externally and 500+ internal. So after explaining I can't tarp them hot because it will destroy my tarps, the owner brings me a $700 check and says "Here, I bought the tarps" ..... So it took 6 hours to load and tarp and I finally got out of Pueblo. Now I get to drive and hour and half past curfew since there is nowhere to park. Oh well, it's only 10.8 wide

Nice lookin setup Ron! What can you gross with 3 on the RGN? I have always wondered about the 3 closed axles and what the weight is allowed on them.

 

Depends but mostly 60k. AZ CA more like 51 or 52k. When I get my new truck should be able to gross out at least 135k in most states.

Ron is absolutely correct now if your talking legal weights most all states allow 42k on a tridem and 43500 with a 10 ft spread
