    Cpape, this caught my attention.

How refreshing to see a person who understands and appreciates his drivers.

My load home from southern Georgia to Ghent, Kentucky. 14'6" wide 12'6" high and legal length. These people know how to add tie down points.

I am sure he is doing fine. I am not sure how his business did. I got a call a couple months ago for a job reference. He had applied to be an equipment operator for a Wisconsin county. Hopefully, he finds what he wants. I think highly of him. I think he enjoyed OTR, but I could be wrong. I think he wanted to be home for his young family, and I think he wanted to be his own boss. He would be a good owner operator.

The time I met him, I thought he was a good young man. Seemed level headed and yes he was wanting to buy a truck of his own when we talked.
He kept asking questions on the big trls. and rates. I told him not to do that right out of the gate.
But I also know that he wanted to be home as much as he could. Like you said he has a young family, and I could fully understand that.
I wish him well in what ever he ends up doing
