Nice!!! That looks like one of our trucks. LS hauled a capsule down to KSC earlier this year but the capsule was in a protective case.

Loading pieces of an airplane onto an airplane. (Those boxes are 50' long each and they are loading 2 of them end to end.) I guess Boeing decided having the Ukrainians haul the parts are better than there own pilots to ensure they get to the correct airport.

It's a single strap over each axle. So he used 10 straps and loaded them inside the 75* building. Some of the easiest loads there are.

How do they get them in the plane? Do they use a roller system or do they use forklifts to hold the crate up and drive the plane forward? I don't know that is why I ask.

They squat the front if the plane then set up a series of ramps. The boxes are then set on skates and they use a winch at the back of the plane to roll them in. Once the first box is just off the ramps then we set the second one on and chain the two together then the load master pulls them both into the plane. On smaller stuff under 30' long we back up to the rear and they have an overhead hoist they lift it up then inside.

I know Landstar is in there too. A gentleman named Dan i believe is the one that covers them.
