    yep, used to be quite a few out of there, they began to get cheaper and cheaper, it was getting ridiculous at the rate with the number of drops

    That's how they are out of Galveston,tx one pick 3 drops and your lucky if you can get $2 a miles so you don't get any money for drops
    They have some to pick up Monday 685 on the miles pays $1,200 on 3 drops murcer and LS has them posted

    Yeah I had 3 stops and it took me to home (Chicago area) where I am also picking up a good paying LTL to deliver to AL Monday morning. Pay was around $2.00 a mile to the truck (after LS takes their cut) so it wasn't too bad in my opinion. Tho this was my 1st Kubota load and I will not be doing many more after I realized the types of holes that sell Kubota tractors (2 places had no unloading ramps/docks) so yeah, they will be a last resort to get out of ATL from now on lol!!!!

    They go to alot of mom and pop kind of places. Some have room but some not so well setup for big trucks.

    Looks like it's live plants or trees of some type? Must have been fun gift wrapping it? I would have probably passed on that load due to tarping unless the shipper done it.

    Actually i tarped it out ,got paid for it too .Wasnt really all that bad .

    2 Cat Blades, 1' tall, 4 ' Wide, 28' Long (each), 7,100lbs TOTAL....i know theres "no such thing as too much securement.....) well i had 3 Chains and 4 straps on this lol. And Tarped it for NO reason, Terminal said "never seen that stuff go out tarped..." Receiver said "never seen anyone bring that stuff in tarped....." well i was told it HAD to be tarped...whatever i got paid for it lol

    You tarped a painted dozer blade? That's silly of them to tell you to tarp it, do they pay you well to tarp?
