    Hey Logan wassup with the folks in Pennsylvania not knowing what a chain binder is? I needed two more (had 4 stolen off my truck) and I stopped at 4 different truckstops and they all kept saying "were not a chain state so we dont carry them" I would giggle and say "im not talking about s cams for snow chains, I;m asking about snap binders, ratchet binders, chain binders, load binders or whatever you may call them for load chains. They would again repeat what they first said.

    Mine was under a hundred bucks as well. It's lasted nearly twenty years so it's been a good return on investment.
