It does rain in West Texas? This was May 5 2015 somewhere south of Tahoka TX on 87. It had already dropped at least a foot of rain and when i took the pic it was still raining. A few hours later after i loaded in Lubbock on my way back through the water in spots was 1/2 way up my fuel tank. Luckily i was in the shop truck (mine down for repairs) and i made it most of the way back before DPS shut down 87.
