Occasionally when I engage my power divider I'm getting air hissing out the switch. It seems to do it more when I use it first thing in the morning vs if I engage it after i've driven for awhile. It does engage the divider while its hissing air out the switch.

This morning I needed to have it engaged for quite awhile because of heavy snow and it hissed for a few miles. I disengaged it then used it later on several times and it acted normally with no hissing.

    Any thoughts?

Sounds like a bad air switch. The seals get hard and leak sometimes, and sometimes they seal. They leak more when cold. The same thing happens to olders trucks with air operated heater flaps. We squirt some air tool oil in the air dash cylinders and that usually stops them from leaking for a while. I wouldn't bother trying that on an air switch though, they're pretty easy to change.

always replace things like that trying 2 rebuild them usually costing u more in long run, some even carry spare valves when 4 when they have older trucks and know it could go bad anytime
