What’s the best inverters out there? Really only need 1200w- 1500w I think. Only for 700w microwave. Maybe a tv at some point later on

Usually you double the wattage to account for the starting requirements of something. That microwave will try to pull 1400 watts for a few moments until it settles down. Maybe not, but usually anything with big draw or motors will do the same thing on wattage demand.

Get the biggest inverter you can find. 3000 watts range or higher. That way you don't burn out the wee ones via heat in a short time trying to drive something that drinks too much wattage from it.

I’m not sure if I’m going to say this correctly or not, but look for a syne (sp?) inverter... as I understand it, they provide “cleaner” power... not sure how that plays out ... maybe easier on electronics... but those are supposed to be better units all the way around.

Sorry that I can’t provide brands.

Yes, a Pure Sine Wave inverter is best.
I have a 2,000 watt. Even the microwave runs quieter on it compared to the cheaper modified sine wave one I had before.

Believe it or not the 2000 watt inverter from harbor freight has been great! I use it on my TV, chargers, electric blanket, etc..
