Not so much 1800 Watts for the PS4 pro. I stated before that the pro power supply doesn't like modified sine wave. Most cheap inverters will use that. You'll want a pure sine wave if you want to use the PS4.

Well, usually one that costs a lot, will "last longer". Think when you start even getting to 400 Watts a cigerette lighter "plug in" will be unacceptable. Need hard wiring to batteries.JMO

I always go bigger than current needs require. It is better the have too much power than to little. If you go to little then find out you need more down the line your paying twice

Cigarette plug in is only good for about 150 Watts.
I had a 300 watt inverter that had both a plugin and direct wires. Owners manual said 150 max plugin, direct above that. So 400 will require direct connection.

I had a cheap Cobra 3500watt I think it was 169$. Powerd the Tv and coffee pot in the morning but squealed if you didn't run the motor.
During the day it ran my countertop ice maker and my 120 volt Amp and bass tube .

At Night it ran the TV, icemaker ,amp and oven on everything but convection without the motor running .

Bigger is better for power inverter ,not so much for women!

Sorry to hijack. Should the truck be running when using a high watt item such as a microwave. I have a fifteen hundred watt inverter and the microwave is seven hundred watts
