    Kind of a hijack but kind of not. Does anyone know what the watts are for the little 2 burner convections? I'd prefer to eat a little healthier and cheaper on the road this time.

    Never run a microwave with the truck off. It'll nuke your batteries and maybe burn the truck down by heating the wires up with higher amps at lower voltage.
    The device will have a wattage, or amps printed or cast into the case. If it's amps you just take the amps and multiply by 120 for the watts.
