Just to play devil's advocate it is done all the time in real estate, stockmarket. Why not in trucking? They gave 10 to 25 years for that kind of speculation only a couple decades ago in Soviet Union. With free market comes responsibility to recognize when you are offered a rotten apple . Not that I am not disgusted when somebody has arrogance or ignorance to do it to me
