    Owner op company they sell old trucks for too much money
    then after the truck is payed for they don't want you to make any money
    and they take 20 percent of all you pay over and above the 30 percent

    Because either their credit is so bad they cant buy one any other way or they don't know how to shop for a truck.

    Its not easy to buy a used truck even with good credit, lenders want to finance the more expensive rigs at high interest rates, theres no money for them in trucks 20k and under,
