Anyone know anything about working for Praxair in MN? Had a phone interview with them and didn't really get any information about the job itself. Any one have info on what kind of hours you work, wage, benefits, areas outside of the Twin Cities you go to, are they union, home every night? Any info would help alot. Thanks!

I dont know about this location but any industrial gas job as a company driver is the best...plan on 14 hours a day 5 on -2 off working nites and weekends...slip seat...lots of rules and regs..do it by the book..dont know if they are union at that location( dont think so) greatest job around (IMHO) the guys around OH are knocking out 70k + yearly( thats about average for industrial gas haulers)

Thanks CC. It was just a phone interview so we will see what happens from there. Not going to get my hopes up too high. Would be nice to find a place where they pay you for what you are worth for what you do. Hopefully I hear something positive back!

I don't know anything about Praxair from an employee's standpoint. But I can sure tell you as an EX CUSTOMER of theirs, that they can't get their act together with supplies and particularly with their billing. In fact, I don't know how they stay in business, the way they operate in Utah.

Did you ever find out more about the job? I've got a phone interview in the morning.
