I have a 02 pre egr isx that needs replacing & am havin a hard time finding one. My question is what would have to be changed in order to swap it over to a N14?
I figured the wiring harness would need an adapter but what else? Truck is a 03 model T600.
My engine is not rebuildable that is why I am considering the swap.

Mawk industries will do your wiring harness, that will make the job easier then. look them up, very good work.

Is that installed? Because time you buy a used engine roughly 5grand for install you have an unknown engine which will probably need a rebuild in the near future. Looking at roughly the same cost and have a warranty. And not double down time. Depending how long that used engine has been sitting expect a lot of repairs on gaskets. Most likely it will also start using oil
