I applied for a job and interviewed. Decided during the interview it wasn't a fit. Company tried to drug screen anyway. Found out a year later it's on my driving record. What are my options?

I think what you mean is it's considered a refusal and on your DAC as such. I think that's a pretty low blow on the companies part, but not surprising, really. Some companies today seem to take this "spoiled brat" attitude, and like they are high and mighty, and will cause as much havoc for the poor person that didn't take their crappy job as they can. Heck, I bet it's someones job to do that. I'd consider it a blessing you did't take the job. If they do this, can you imagine working for them? Options are limited today, and you can throw good money after bad trying to rectify the situation. It sucks, but that refusal will stay with you FOREVER, regardless of what they say. I'm an old outlaw, and back in my time, that would never have flown, justice would have been served, in our own way, but today, people( not you) are generally so spineless, companies and gubment can get away with this crap. Good luck pal, may need a lawyer and grease THOSE wheels. No wonder we are losing good drivers in droves.:biggrin_25513:
